Catering & Banqueting

The wedding, at the centre.

A cuisine shaped for the occasion, a service that follows every moment, a day to live with your guests.

Our way

Every event is its own story.

First we listen: the venue, the season, the people. Then comes the proposal — a menu and a service designed for that day, and no other.

Weddings

From the welcome to the last toast.

A wedding spans an entire day: the reception, the table, the cutting of the cake, the evening that stretches on. Every moment has its own pace, and we follow it without haste.

In the kitchen, ingredients from the territory: sea, land, seasonal vegetables. In the dining room, the attention the day deserves.

Other events

Not only weddings.

We also welcome private events and corporate occasions of note, with the same cuisine and the same service as our weddings.

Where

Across Salento.

Masserie, villas, historic residences, private homes. We bring kitchen and service wherever needed — including venues without a kitchen of their own.

How we get there

In four moments.

Meeting

A first conversation about the day you imagine.

Proposal

A menu, an atmosphere, a clear quote.

Tasting

A tasting before the day: try, refine, decide.

The day

We arrive first and leave last. You think only of your guests.

Before you write

What we are asked most often.

For a wedding, as soon as you have a date: the most requested ones go early. Other events need less notice.

No. We work across Salento, in any venue — including those without a kitchen: we bring everything ourselves.

It is the only way we work. Sea, land, mixed or vegetable: the menu is born from listening and takes shape at the tasting.

Yes, always, before the menu is confirmed: taste, refine, decide.

Yes, even entirely from a distance: video calls in English, and tastings scheduled around your trips to Salento.

Detailed and clear from the first proposal, and unchanged through to the day of the event — except for what you choose to change.

Let's begin the conversation.

Two lines by email, or a phone call, are enough.
